The site is located at 2 - 4 Montgomery Ave, Mount Waverley on the corner with Lawrence Road. The site currently contains two single detached dwellings, one of which incorporates a milk Bar.

The zoning is a mixed Use Zone - to allow housing at Higher Densities

The Proposal.

Demolish the existing dwellings and redevelop the site for eight Town Houses which reaches 3 storey's in height (1 dwelling at 2 storey's in height) and comprises a mix of two-three and four bedroom Town houses, serviced by a common driveway

What the project means to the Client .

To Design a limited collection of only eight Residences (Mount Garden Residences) represents absolute rarity and opportunity.
To build Elegant and luxurious three storey building's, each enjoying unique leafy surrounds to be designed by John Patrick Landscape Architects. The design takes full advantage of natural light and space, and provides homes of ageless character.
