Our Process.

At McLauchlan Building Design, we are committed to providing the most professional yet approachable service to achieve your desired outcome. Below is a basic outline of our process. For an in-depth process outline, please download it here.

1st Step - Say hi!

Whether you give us a call, send an email via the web site, or drop in, the first step is to make contact. We promise to get back to you next business day.

2nd Step - Come in for a chat & a coffee

Next Step is to come into our office for a free no obligation meeting, and we'll discuss details of your project, such as site conditions, budget, style, likes and dislikes.

3rd Step - Quote!

Following the meeting, we'll prepare you a quotation based from our discussions and some basic property research. we pride ourselves on putting a lot of thought into our quotes, always taking every detail into consideration.

Everything's ready to go!

If you accept, we are good to go. We like to hit the ground running by visiting the site, checking out the surrounding properties and familiarizing ourselves with the lay of the land.

An integral step in our process involves a site feature and level survey. This is a job best completed by a registered land surveyor and some projects required title re-establishment for building on boundaries
